STRENGTH
How It Works

Four steps between now and your first real plan.

No guesswork, no pressure, no hidden process. Here's exactly how we work together.

The Process

The exact path, start to finish.

01

Intake

A short application covering your training history, limitations, goals, and schedule. About 5 minutes. I read every one personally.

02

Consultation

We get on a call. I ask the questions a form can't, and we figure out whether we're a good fit. If we're not, I'll tell you honestly. If we are, we keep going.

03

Your Roadmap

Based on your intake and our conversation, I build your personalized roadmap: training pillars, phased progression, nutrition framework, recovery strategy, and the reasoning behind every choice.

04

Ongoing Coaching

Programming adjusts week by week based on how you're actually doing. Daily readiness, travel, life, it all factors in. You get a real coach, not an app.

The Conversation
About the Call

Before we ever talk pricing, we talk about you.

I want to understand your history, what you've tried, and what's realistic for your life right now. No script, no pitch.

If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll say so. I'd rather send you somewhere better than take your money for a mediocre experience.

The Roadmap

The document that separates Fuerza from every generic experience you've had.

Your roadmap is built entirely from your intake. Nothing recycled, nothing copy-pasted. Inside, you'll find:

  • Your primary training pillars and why they were chosen for you
  • A phase-by-phase progression with clear outcomes
  • Your nutrition approach, framed around your lifestyle
  • Recovery and sleep protocols designed around your schedule
  • The reasoning behind every decision, so you understand the why

Long-Term Results

What this actually looks like, long term.

One of my former clients came to me as a high-level executive with a packed calendar and a goal to get strong again. We worked together for six to eight months. She did the work, I built the structure around her life.

Years later, she's still going. Mid-50s, playing volleyball two to three nights a week, running her career at the highest level, and doing it without me in her corner every week. She took what we built and made it her own.

That's the goal. Not dependency. Results that last.

Before You Ask

Common questions, honest answers.

  • What if I'm not in shape?
Neither was I when I started. Most of my clients come to me because they're tired of where they are and ready to do something real. You don't need to be ready before you start, you need to start to get ready.
  • What if I have an injury or limitation?
I have a degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science and a decade of coaching experience. I'm not a physical therapist, and diagnosis and rehabilitation stay with licensed healthcare professionals. Once you have appropriate medical clearance, training can be modified around an existing limitation. Depending on what you share, I may ask you to get clearance from your provider before we start. I don't provide medical clearance myself.
  • What does it cost?
In-person coaching starts at $350 per month. Where you land depends on your training frequency, your coaching format, and the level of support you need. We confirm the exact number together during the consultation, so the price reflects the plan rather than the other way around.
  • What if I've tried coaches before?
A lot of my clients have. Most will tell you this is different. The roadmap alone is usually more than they've ever gotten from another coach.
