The Process

The exact path, start to finish.

Intake

You start by filling out a detailed intake form. It covers your training history, current routine, injuries, goals, lifestyle, and schedule. It takes about 5 minutes. I read every single one personally.

Consultation

We get on a call. This is where I ask the questions a form can't, how you actually feel day to day, what's worked, what's burned you, what you want your body to be able to do five years from now. This is also where we figure out if we're a fit. If we're not, I'll tell you. If we are, we keep going.

Your Roadmap

Based on your intake and our conversation, I build your personalized roadmap. It includes your training pillars, a phased progression (typically 12 weeks to start), your nutrition framework, recovery strategy, and the reasoning behind every choice. This is your blueprint.

Ongoing Coaching

We work together week by week. Programming adjusts based on how you're actually doing, not what a spreadsheet predicted. Daily readiness, pain, travel, life, it all gets factored in. You get a real coach, not an app.

Before we ever talk pricing, we talk about you.

I want to understand your history, your limits, your wins, your frustrations. I want to know what kind of movement you love, what you've already tried, and what's honestly realistic for your life right now.

If I don't think I'm the right coach for you, I'll say so. I'd rather send you to someone better suited than take your money and give you a mediocre experience. That's the standard.
